In 2015, Mario founded Quantum Metric to help organizations align with a single version of customer-defined and quantified truth. Previously founding and exiting an APM startup which solved where enterprise applications could be improved, Mario saw the natural next step was expanding organizational alignment around the entire product lifecycle.
Glenn began as an advisor in 2015 and joined full-time in 2017 to lead operations and delivery. He previously managed operations at DIRECTV/AT&T, leading a team that delivered solutions to millions of customers. Glenn also ran massive scale solutions for large enterprises at HP. He is responsible for aligning operations to drive product advancement in our customers and partners.
Efrat is the Chief Marketing Officer, driving the company’s branding strategy, product visibility, and demand generation. Previously, she was the key force behind building US brand presence for ContentSquare. Over the last decade, Efrat has served as CMO at several technology companies, and she is passionate about partnering with customers to improve the entire customer journey.
Mark’s expertise and business range has powered three decades of developing products and process improvements. At Quantum Metric, he manages Customer Success, helping clients learn faster, iterate with confidence, and build better products. Previously, he was CC) at Verint and Co-Founder of OpinionLab, a Digital Analytics SaaS platform focused on collecting and analyzing Voice of Customer.
Scott is responsible for continuing to fuel company growth and Continuous Product Design market expansion. He brings 20 years of experience to the table, most recently serving as SVP of Sales at Box and driving success as a leader of the company’s North American sales, account management and renewal organization.
Adam drives product strategy and development activities, from feature conception to engineering execution. He began his career building successful large-enterprise software solutions, and today applies his experience to evolving and scaling continuous product design. Adam is passionate about building an autonomous team of dedicated product experts, and leading their charge to consistently deliver incredible results.
As CFO, Ed brings his passion and expertise in helping companies scale to achieve high growth and profitability. He comes most recently from MOO Print Ltd and has experience serving as both a CFO and CEO in the text space, including the CFO role at Sapient, Zipcar and Veracode. Ed spent the earlier part of his career at KPMG and PepsiCo.
Bryce develops and executes the strategic initiatives that accelerate Quantum Metric’s continued market growth and help our customers lead in digital experiences. A founding team member at Qualtrics, Bryce spend the past 14+ years helping to grow the small start-up into an industry leader with a $20B IPO. He has held roles at Qualtrics including Global Head of Solution Strategy for Employee Experience and Global Head of Digital CX, and managed teams in the U.S., Europe, APJ and Latin America.
